You'd own cases from start to finish across multiple jurisdictions, handling discovery strategy and execution while staying alert to risks and opportunities in a high-volume environment. This role sits at the intersection of case management, discovery oversight, and national claims program administration—meaning you'd need to move fluidly between individual case strategy and firm-wide process improvement.

Strong client counseling, analytical rigor, and advanced proficiency with litigation and discovery tools are essential.

Wilson Elser is a top-100 national firm with 1,400+ attorneys, offering hybrid flexibility in Atlanta, competitive compensation, robust benefits including 401(k) match and comprehensive health coverage, and genuine opportunities for long-term growth within a collaborative, mentor-oriented culture.
