About this role
Morgan & Morgan's litigation training program offers a structured entry point into paralegal work at a major personal injury firm. You'll rotate through different attorneys and case teams, shadowing experienced litigation paralegals while gradually taking on substantive work—gathering case information, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing settlement documents. The role is designed as a pathway to a permanent Litigation Paralegal position, giving you hands-on exposure across multiple practice areas and attorneys before specializing.
The position requires a high school diploma and one to two years of administrative or support experience, ideally in a legal setting. You'll need strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal databases, and the ability to manage competing priorities across several supervisors. The hybrid arrangement (based in Nashville) means you'll be in the office regularly to work alongside the litigation teams you're supporting.
At $20 per hour, this is an entry-level training role with full-time benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. It suits someone ready to commit to learning litigation work and building a career at a large firm, rather than someone seeking immediate senior paralegal responsibilities.
