About this role
True Anomaly is building autonomous spacecraft and space-based interceptors for national defense, and this Material Associate role is central to getting flight hardware to orbit. You'd own the physical execution of supply chain operations—picking and kitting aerospace components, managing inventory through warehouse systems, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring manufacturing never runs short of stock. The work spans the full cycle: receiving inbound materials, maintaining accurate records, supporting production lines, and processing outbound shipments, all while adhering to aerospace industry regulations and safety standards.
This position suits someone with at least three years of hands-on warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience who understands the precision required in regulated manufacturing. Aerospace background is valued but not required; what matters more is your ability to work accurately with inventory systems (WMS/ERP), read technical specifications and bills of materials, and handle hazardous goods safely. You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, and the physical capability to lift regularly and stand for extended periods.
Based in Denver and full-time in-office, the role offers a salary of $22–$30 depending on your experience and qualifications, plus equity, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to solve problems, improve processes, and take ownership of material flow in a mission-driven aerospace company.
