About this role

Oscar's Complex Case Management team is looking for a clinician to work directly with members navigating complex health challenges. As a CCM Case Manager, you'd coordinate care across multiple settings, develop personalized care plans, and connect members with community resources—particularly focusing on the social and economic factors that affect their health. The role involves regular member contact via phone, messaging, and occasional in-person visits, combined with crisis support and advocacy to remove barriers to treatment and care compliance.

You'll need at least two years of clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community settings, plus demonstrated expertise working with chronic conditions like diabetes, COPD, and hypertension. An active RN license (including multistate compact), an MSW from an accredited program, or relevant case management credentials will qualify you. The position is fully remote for candidates in 17 states, though occasional travel for team meetings may be required. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,005 annually depending on location, with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 11 paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a 401(k).

This role suits someone with clinical judgment and genuine interest in member advocacy—someone comfortable moving between clinical assessment, resource navigation, and process improvement work. Spanish fluency, a BSN, CCM certification, or complex case management experience would strengthen your candidacy.
