Build Real Experience at a Top-Ranked RIA
Curi Capital is a national registered investment advisory firm recognized by Barron's among the Top 100 Independent RIAs in the world. Our Wealth Management Internship Program gives college juniors a genuine look at how a wealth management firm operates, working alongside the advisors and leaders who guide clients through some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
What You'll Actually Do
From day one, you'll be exposed to all aspects of our Client Advisory business unit, working on real projects with real stakes. Over 10 weeks, you'll:
- Partner with the Wealth Builder team on meaningful projects and research that inform actual client and business decisions
- Sit in on Wealth Builder client and prospect meetings, seeing firsthand how our advisors build trust and deliver recommendations
- Get hands-on exposure to planning, portfolio construction, and the technical work behind the scenes that most students never see until years into their careers
- Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams, sharpening the professional instincts you'll rely on for the rest of your career
By the end of the summer, you won't just have a line on your resume. You'll have a genuine, firsthand understanding of what a career in wealth management actually looks like, and the clarity to know where your own skills and interests fit best.
Who Thrives Here
We're looking for students who are naturally curious, driven, and ready to bring energy to a team environment. You're a strong fit if you:
- Are pursuing a degree in Finance, Trust and Wealth Management, or general business
- Have taken on a leadership role in a club, organization, or job, and know how to own a responsibility
- Bring sharp analytical thinking and genuine curiosity about financial markets and business strategy
- Communicate clearly and confidently, whether in a client meeting, a team huddle, or a written summary
- Are organized enough to juggle multiple projects and self-motivated enough to run with ambiguity
- Have a solid handle on Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Take confidentiality and integrity seriously, because our clients expect high integrity from each and every member of the team
- Provide practical examples of how you demonstrate accountability, curiosity, teamwork, inclusion, and service commitment
Why Curi Capital
Unlike an internship at a large brokerage or investment bank, you won't be just another intern for the marketing materials. You'll engage with employees across several departments in the firm, building a network and a perspective that most students don't get until much later in their careers. This is a place where curiosity is rewarded, questions are welcomed, and at the end of the internship, you'll showcase what you learned throughout the program to your mentor and leadership.
If you're ready to spend your summer doing work that matters, at a firm that's proud to be recognized among the best in the industry, we want to hear from you.

$10,000 stipend for a 10-week program. The schedule is Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm, and Friday 9am – 3pm local time.

About this role
Curi Capital's 10-week Wealth Builder Internship offers college juniors genuine exposure to how a top-ranked RIA operates. You'll work on real projects alongside advisors and leadership, sitting in on client meetings, contributing to planning and portfolio work, and communicating directly with clients and internal teams. This isn't shadowing from the sidelines—you'll be involved in decisions that actually matter to the firm and its clients, giving you the kind of early-career insight most students don't access until years in.
The role suits students pursuing finance, trust and wealth management, or business degrees who combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about financial markets. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, organized enough to manage multiple projects, and proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Leadership experience in a club or organization and a demonstrated commitment to integrity and accountability will strengthen your candidacy.
Working Monday through Thursday 9am–4pm and Friday 9am–3pm, you'll earn a $10,000 stipend over the summer while building a network across departments—a perspective advantage over typical large-firm internships. Curi Capital emphasizes that curiosity is rewarded here, and you'll have the chance to present what you've learned to your mentor and leadership by program's end.
