About this role

Paperless Parts is building the operational backbone for its customer experience organization, and this director role sits at the center of that effort. You'd own the strategy, analytics, and systems that connect sales bookings to delivery capacity across Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Managed Services. This means translating operational data into forecasts and dashboards that keep the company aligned on what it can actually deliver—and where the revenue opportunities and risks really are. You'll report to the SVP of Customer Experience and act as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, and CX leadership.

The first year focuses on concrete wins: building a capacity forecasting model within 90 days, standardizing CX metrics into executive dashboards, and integrating PSA and CRM workflows to improve data quality and adoption. Beyond that, you'll continuously refine operating models, drive process standardization, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency across frontline teams. Success here requires both analytical rigor and execution discipline—you need to be comfortable with financial metrics and workforce planning, but also comfortable leading through influence to get teams to adopt new processes and systems.

This role suits someone with proven operations leadership in B2B SaaS, strong expertise in services forecasting and capacity modeling, and the ability to present complex operational stories to executives. Hands-on experience with PSA platforms, CRM systems, or BI tools is valuable. The position is based in Boston (hybrid) and requires US citizenship or a green card due to export control regulations. The salary range is $163,000–$220,000 plus bonus and equity.
