About this role
Connections Health Solutions operates crisis stabilization centers where you'd work as part of a physician-led team treating individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies. This role combines clinical nursing skills—assessment, medication administration, lab work, and documentation—with crisis intervention expertise. You'd be responsible for triaging consumers, conducting detailed behavioral and physical health assessments, managing medication reconciliation, and de-escalating potentially dangerous situations using therapeutic techniques and verbal intervention.
The position demands both clinical competence and emotional resilience. You'll work back end days in a fast-paced environment alongside individuals experiencing psychiatric crises, addiction, or acute behavioral episodes. The role requires an unrestricted Arizona RN license and the ability to safely perform physical interventions and lift up to 50 pounds. While one year of psychiatric or crisis care experience is preferred, the core requirement is your nursing degree and active licensure.
Compensation starts at the stated range with shift differentials available if you pick up weekend or night hours. Full-time employment includes comprehensive health coverage, disability and life insurance, HSA contributions, a 401k match after six months, and 160 hours of PTO annually. The company maintains a mandatory vaccination policy as a condition of employment.
