About this role

Ping Identity is seeking someone to own the strategic and operational backbone of their revenue enablement platform, Ping Elevate. This role sits at the intersection of product management, content strategy, and field enablement—you'll manage the Saleshood platform as its lead product owner while simultaneously building and delivering modern enablement content that keeps sellers ready and productive. You'll act as the bridge between what the platform can do technically and what the field actually needs, translating feedback from revenue teams into platform improvements and new features that reduce friction and drive performance.

The day-to-day work spans multiple dimensions. You'll oversee the full product lifecycle of Ping Elevate, manage the supplier relationship, and define how learning activities are measured and tracked. On the content side, you'll drive development of everboarding programs, AI-enhanced role plays, and strategic initiatives like the Ping Way methodology—all designed with learner outcomes in mind and quality-assured for consistency. You'll also field training requests directly, implement feedback loops, and continuously iterate on both the platform experience and content to keep everything aligned with evolving field realities.

This position requires 5-7+ years in sales enablement, sales strategy, or sales transformation, with deep hands-on experience operationalizing enterprise B2B sales methodologies into workflows, playbooks, and coaching rhythms. You'll report to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement at Ping's Denver headquarters and work in-office. The salary range is $100,000–$135,000.
