About this role

ARCO, a design-build firm ranked among the nation's top contractors, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee hyperscale construction projects in Cincinnati. This role demands someone with 8+ years of project management experience—ideally with hyperscale background—who can manage the full lifecycle of complex builds: estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, safety, and design coordination. You'll work directly with owners and design teams, lead proposal meetings focused on value engineering, oversee subcontractor selection and performance, and conduct regular site meetings while making sound decisions under deadline pressure. Proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is essential, as is the ability to read construction documents and manage budgets and schedules with precision.

The position is based in Cincinnati and requires in-office presence with willingness to travel or be site-based as needed. You'll need a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. ARCO offers competitive compensation including a performance-based bonus program, 100% employer-funded ESOP, traditional and Roth 401k options, tuition reimbursement, and generous time off—three weeks of vacation plus a one-month paid sabbatical after five years. The company also provides 100% paid 12-week maternity leave, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 100% charitable match program.
