About this role
EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Inventory Co-Ordinator to oversee inventory operations across its global warehouse network. This role sits at the intersection of systems management, data analysis, and operational support—you'll be the central hub for resolving inventory issues, managing ERP workflows, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple locations. The position requires balancing day-to-day ticket resolution and stock reclassifications with strategic work like quarterly audits, trend analysis, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of hands-on ERP experience and a solid background in inventory management, paired with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. You'll need sharp analytical skills to spot patterns in inventory and ticketing data, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across global teams. Experience with Sage X3 or Datalinx is a plus. This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin that demands someone comfortable working independently on focused tasks while also collaborating across time zones and warehouse locations—someone with a genuine drive to identify and implement improvements rather than simply maintain the status quo.
