Door Control Services, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Revolving Door Technician in Houston, Texas. This person will service a variety of manual and automatic revolving doors.
What You'll Do
- Install and/or service a wide range of manual and automatic revolving doors and door products
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
- Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Travel up to 95%
- AAADM certification preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
- Must have revolver & auto door experience. Turnstile & speed lanes experience is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
- Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record

About this role
Door Control Services, a division of the century-old DH Pace Company, is looking for a Revolving Door Technician to join its Houston team on a contract basis. You'll spend most of your time in the field installing, servicing, and repairing manual and automatic revolving doors for commercial and industrial clients, with travel comprising up to 95% of the role. The work requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to safely handle equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, and comfort working at heights. You'll also manage job paperwork and maintain a safety-first approach throughout your duties.
The ideal candidate brings prior experience with revolving and automatic doors, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and ideally an AAADM certification. A high school diploma is preferred, and experience with turnstiles or speed lanes is a bonus. DH Pace provides a company truck after training, covers fuel costs, and offers tool and boot allowances—practical support for field technicians. You'll also receive paid training to learn their products and processes.
