Door Control Services, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Revolving Door Technician in Dallas, Texas. This person will service a variety of manual and automatic revolving doors.
What You'll Do
- Install and/or service a wide range of manual and automatic revolving doors and door products
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
- Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Travel up to 95%
- AAADM certification preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
- Must have revolver & auto door experience. Turnstile & speed lanes experience is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
- Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record

About this role
D.H. Pace Company is looking for an experienced Revolving Door Technician to join Door Control Services, their commercial door division, in Dallas. You'll spend most of your time in the field installing, servicing, and maintaining both manual and automatic revolving doors for customers across the region. The role requires hands-on mechanical work, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to manage job documentation—plus you'll need to be comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 100 pounds regularly.
To succeed here, you should have prior experience with revolving and automatic doors, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the physical capability to handle the demands of the job. AAADM certification and experience with turnstiles or speed lanes are bonuses. The position involves up to 95% travel, but D.H. Pace provides a company truck after training, covers fuel, and offers tool and boot allowances to support you in the field. This is a contract role based in Dallas, working in-office.
