Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem. We’re looking for a Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll generate and close business opportunities with our biopharma partners and support them in advancing their research priorities using Flatiron’s real-world evidence and AI solutions and services. - Support Flatiron’s strategic approach to long term partnerships with biopharma users of our research offerings
- Become a subject matter expert on Flatiron’s offerings and reliably represent our capabilities to advance the research priorities of our biopharma partners
- Support our partners in their use of Flatiron’s research offerings by facilitating data and analytical onboarding sessions, identifying value-added opportunities for RWE and supporting onsite client meetings to collect feedback and support use cases (anticipated travel: <20%)
- Support advancement of internal Flatiron initiatives and priorities (e.g., identifying future growth opportunities, optimizing internal ways of working, etc.)
- Act as the voice of the customer across internal functional groups (product, research clinicians, quantitative science, engineering, business development, legal and finance team members) as a key influencer of go-to-market strategy

You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you’re an individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, an analytical approach to problem solving, strong client management and organizational skills. You are highly motivated and bring an eagerness to drive business growth.

About this role
Flatiron Health is seeking a Manager to drive revenue growth and deepen partnerships with biopharma companies leveraging real-world evidence and AI solutions in oncology research. You'll own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities within existing partner portfolios to negotiating terms and closing deals—while becoming a subject matter expert on both Flatiron's research offerings and your partners' strategic priorities. The role requires you to act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, gathering feedback, facilitating data onboarding, and influencing go-to-market strategy based on customer needs.
This position suits someone with 4+ years of client-facing experience in biopharma (or an advanced degree plus 3+ years of strategic engagement), who has independently managed biopharma accounts and led end-to-end sales cycles. You should understand biopharma industry dynamics, drug development timelines, and organizational structures, with some exposure to oncology project work or real-world data preferred. The role demands strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, and genuine comfort working across functional teams—product, research, engineering, legal, and finance.
Based in New York City, this is an in-office contract position with defined work-from-home flexibility. Flatiron offers comprehensive benefits including flexible paid time off, 401(k) contributions, mental health resources, parental support, and financial planning assistance.
