Description
Who is Quantium?
Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.
Our Consumer practice is one of Quantium's largest verticals, delivering insights and analytical solutions to FMCG suppliers and consumer goods companies. It's a team of sharp, commercially driven people who thrive on translating complex data into decisions that move businesses forward. At its heart right now sits an exciting AI transformation agenda: helping clients and internal teams fundamentally change the way they work.
As Delivery Lead for Consumer & AI Programs, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps ambitious initiatives on track. You'll sit at the intersection of client delivery, internal planning rhythms, and AI program execution, connecting strategy to action and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and moving.
How will you make an impact?
- AI program facilitation: Facilitate the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected benefits, while tracking and validating their tangible value.
- Client delivery support: Help teams structure their approach, coordinate workstreams, and maintain a clear line of sight to outcomes, enabling client-facing teams to stay focused on relationships and commercial delivery.
- Quarterly planning ownership: Own and evolve the quarterly delivery cycle for Consumer ANZ, including facilitating QBR planning and retrospectives that produce well-defined priorities entering each new quarter.
- Big Room Planning: Lead the relaunch and ongoing ownership of Big Room Planning (BRP), ensuring it runs consistently, is well-attended, and generates actionable outputs for business and people leaders.
- Frameworks and governance: Build lightweight delivery frameworks and reusable process assets that improve consistency across the vertical without adding unnecessary overhead.
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
- Program facilitator: You create order from complexity, establishing just enough structure to enable teams to deliver without constraining their effectiveness.
- Relationship builder: You build credibility quickly across tech teams, consultants, and business leaders. You're the person everyone trusts to coordinate across competing priorities.
- Collaborative enabler: You understand that successful programs are as much about people as process. You know when to add structure and when to stay flexible.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in environments where scope and approach shift based on client needs, and you adapt without losing momentum.
- AI curious: You have an appetite to engage with and apply AI tools and ways of working to improve how delivery is managed.
Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

About this role
Quantium's Consumer practice is undergoing significant AI transformation, and this role sits at the center of that shift. As Delivery Lead, you'd own the operational backbone of how ambitious programs actually get executed—facilitating AI initiatives from strategy through to validated outcomes, supporting client-facing teams with clear delivery structures, and keeping cross-functional groups aligned across competing priorities. You'd also drive the quarterly planning cycle for Consumer ANZ and lead the relaunch of Big Room Planning, building lightweight frameworks that create consistency without bureaucracy.
This role suits someone who thrives in complexity and ambiguity. You'd need strong facilitation skills to establish just enough structure for teams to move fast, genuine relationship-building credibility across technical and business leaders, and the flexibility to adapt as client needs shift. An appetite for AI—both in how you engage with the tools themselves and how they reshape delivery practices—matters here. You're not expected to be an AI expert, but you should be genuinely curious about the space and willing to apply new approaches to how work gets managed.
The position is full-time and in-office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Quantium offers hybrid flexibility and the option to work remotely for up to 30 days annually, alongside standard perks. This is a chance to shape how a major practice scales its delivery capability during a critical transformation period.
