About this role

Supporting mid-size school districts in Pennsylvania to successfully implement and sustain IXL Learning requires someone who bridges the gap between edtech product and classroom practice. In this role, you'll work directly with district leaders and teachers to move them from initial adoption to consistent, effective use of the platform. Your responsibilities span professional development delivery, data analysis to inform strategy, implementation planning, and relationship management—all grounded in understanding how educators actually teach and learn.

The position demands strong instructional leadership credentials: at least five years of K-12 teaching experience plus two years delivering professional development, with preference given to those with instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD backgrounds. You'll need to be an engaging presenter comfortable in front of both teachers and administrators, highly organized across multiple concurrent projects, and willing to travel up to 60% during back-to-school season and 40% otherwise to visit assigned districts. This is a remote role based in Pittsburgh, but proximity to a major airport is essential given the travel commitment.

This opportunity suits someone who is energized by collaborative problem-solving, genuinely excited about education technology's potential, and skilled at building relationships with school leaders. You should be a self-starter who can think strategically about implementation challenges while managing the operational details that make professional development and change initiatives succeed.
