About this role
Kindbridge Behavioral Health is building a specialized telehealth practice focused on gambling, gaming, and behavioral addiction treatment, and they're looking for Michigan-licensed therapists to join remotely on a part-time basis. This role suits clinicians interested in developing deep expertise in a growing clinical niche while maintaining schedule flexibility. You'd work with individuals and families navigating compulsive or overuse behaviors, drawing on evidence-based approaches within a collaborative team environment.
The organization handles the operational side—credentialing, billing, insurance, and administrative work—so your focus stays on clinical care. Kindbridge provides structured support for professional growth, including ongoing training, clinical consultation, and mentorship from a Ph.D.-trained gambling addiction specialist. They'll fund your pursuit of the International Certified Gambling Counselor (ICGC-I) credential and support additional licensure if needed. You set your own caseload and schedule within the part-time framework.
This position works best for licensed therapists (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Michigan) who see value in specialization and want to deepen their clinical skills in a field where demand is rising. Spanish fluency is valued but not required. You'll receive W-2 employment, a 401(k) with employer match, and the chance to work within a Joint Commission-accredited organization committed to quality care standards.
