About this role
Flow Distribution is hiring a Fulfillment & Delivery Driver in Phoenix to support cannabis product distribution across Arizona dispensaries. The role combines warehouse and on-the-road work: you'll count, sort, pack, and quality-check inventory against dispensary orders, then deliver products to multiple locations on tight schedules. You'll handle pallets and individual items weighing up to 75 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and manage logistics issues as they arise.
The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle, good physical condition, and a high school diploma. Prior experience in order fulfillment, delivery driving, or inventory control is preferred but not required—cannabis industry background is a plus but also not essential. You'll work Monday through Friday with eight major holidays paid, plus standard health, dental, and vision insurance.
