ABA Express is looking for a passionate, energetic, and compassionate RBT/Paraprofessional to join our growing clinical team!

What You'll Do

Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings

Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours

Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins

Communicate professionally with families and supervising BCBAs

Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification

Experience with ABA data collection and documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, creativity, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting the Autistic community

About this role
ABA Express is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver applied behavior analysis services to children with developmental disabilities across home, school, and center-based settings in the Denver area. You'll implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision, collect and document session data in the Rethink platform, and maintain fidelity to each client's behavior intervention plan. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients and families while communicating professionally with your clinical team.
