- Program Management: Own program outcomes with minimal oversight, holding scope, budget, and timeline to a consistently high standard.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas and drive the fix, working with the cross-functional team to implement solutions that increase efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations, with a track record of owning complex accounts end to end.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. Organized, with strong prioritization skills and real attention to detail under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to adapt style across audiences. Fluent in written and spoken English, with proven experience working directly with US-based customers or during US business hours.
- Self-starter mentality. Hands-on, results-oriented, and driven to exceed customer expectations. Accountability is non-negotiable: you say what you do and do what you say.

About this role
Fictiv is looking for a Customer Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of US-based manufacturing customers, owning their programs from quote through delivery and beyond. You'll manage concurrent caseloads of complex orders—spanning injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, and other capabilities—while coordinating across sales, manufacturing operations, and logistics teams to keep timelines tight and quality high. The role demands someone who can anticipate problems, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and resolve issues before they escalate into customer crises.
This position requires at least seven years of program or project management experience, ideally with exposure to new product introduction, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping environments where scope and requirements shift frequently. You'll need a bachelor's degree in engineering or an MBA, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting. A PMP certification is preferred. The role is based in Bengaluru on a hybrid schedule (three nights in office, two remote) with work hours aligned to US Pacific time: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
Success here means genuine accountability—saying what you'll do and following through—combined with a self-starter mentality and real interest in how manufacturing and product development work. You should be comfortable advocating for customer needs in internal discussions and driving continuous improvement across your programs.
