Job Description:
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in an outpatient clinic setting
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About this role
Arizona Digestive Health – Highland is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its Phoenix-based outpatient gastroenterology clinic. You would work under physician supervision, managing patient care that includes completing histories and physicals, establishing preliminary diagnoses, ordering labs, and providing patient counseling. The role requires participation in ongoing credentialing and continuing education requirements, with scheduling flexibility based on operational needs.
