About this role

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across its Southeast region, managing multiple crews and complex electrical installations for commercial and mission-critical projects. Based in one of eleven locations spanning from Florida to Kentucky, you'll report to an Area Superintendent and oversee all craft personnel while partnering closely with project management to keep work on schedule and within budget. The role demands hands-on oversight of scheduling, materials procurement, QA/QC compliance, and safety enforcement across projects involving 150+ electrical workers.

This position requires at least eight years of electrical trade experience, ideally with data center construction or similar specialized work, plus a proven track record managing multi-crew projects. You'll need to read and interpret detailed drawings, specifications, and BIM models, and develop the ability to create and adjust construction schedules while training foremen on 3-week look-ahead planning. A valid driver's license with a clean record is essential, as you'll spend most of your time on active job sites exposed to outdoor conditions, heights, noise, and physical demands including climbing and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Loenbro offers competitive compensation, medical and dental coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. The work is demanding and field-based, suited to someone with deep electrical expertise who thrives leading large teams through complex, safety-critical projects and values long-term partnership with customers and colleagues.
