About this role

Kodiak Solutions is seeking a Clinical Audit Associate to evaluate clinical operations and compliance across healthcare organizations—health systems, hospitals, physician practices, and payers. You'll conduct audits and risk assessments, identify gaps against regulatory and accreditation standards, and deliver findings to senior leadership including CNOs, CMOs, and CFOs. The role blends independent analysis with collaborative teamwork, requiring you to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting project deadlines.

This position suits someone with a clinical license (RN, LPN, or LVN) and at least five years of healthcare experience, ideally including two to three years in acute care. You'll need hands-on familiarity with EHR systems like Cerner or Epic, plus background in quality or risk management—whether through a healthcare quality department or departmental self-audits. A solid grasp of clinical fundamentals, from patient assessment and care planning to infection prevention and patient safety, is essential. The role is fully remote but involves up to 50% travel to client sites.
