About this role
Oscar's Provider Data Operations team is looking for someone to manage the intersection of healthcare data, process improvement, and cross-functional project delivery. In this role, you'd own end-to-end implementations that directly affect directory accuracy and insurance filing submissions—investigating complex escalations, designing workflow improvements, and ensuring data quality across the organization. You'll work with both business and technical teams to solve operational challenges, create documentation and project plans, and implement risk mitigation strategies that balance quality with financial discipline.
The ideal candidate has at least three years in healthcare operations, provider contracting, or network management, paired with hands-on experience in data tools like SQL or Excel and formal project management experience. You should be comfortable designing and improving workflows, presenting recommendations to senior leadership, and mentoring colleagues. Oscar offers competitive base pay between $87,188 and $114,434, plus performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and unlimited vacation.
