About this role

Inizio is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to build and lead its global reward strategy as the organisation scales internationally. You'll own compensation, benefits, wellbeing, recognition, and executive reward programmes across a complex, high-growth business, reporting as a member of the HR Leadership Team. This is a strategic role that goes well beyond administration: you'll advise the executive team, Remuneration Committee, and Board on reward governance, market competitiveness, and regulatory readiness, while ensuring programmes remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business priorities.

The scope is substantial. You'll lead the annual reward cycle including salary reviews, bonuses, and equity allocations; drive major initiatives around EU Pay Transparency, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and global job architecture; prepare board-ready materials on executive compensation and SEC disclosure requirements (CD&A, Summary Compensation Tables, pay-versus-performance); and support transaction readiness for M&A, financing, and IPO scenarios. You'll also lead process simplification, digitisation, and change management across reward systems and policies, while building and developing your Total Rewards team.

This role demands significant prior experience leading Total Rewards in a global, high-growth environment, with deep expertise in US, UK, and Ireland markets and a proven track record advising on executive compensation and public company disclosure. You'll need strong cross-functional collaboration skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear commercial judgment, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous conditions. The position is full-time and based in Dublin.
