About this role
Reolink is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead human resources operations for its Manila office. This is a full-cycle role that spans recruitment strategy, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. You'll own everything from workforce planning and talent acquisition through onboarding and performance management, while ensuring the company meets Philippine labor law requirements and maintains robust HR administration systems. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role, plus deep familiarity with DOLE regulations and Philippine employment law. You'll need strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to mentor HR staff, resolve employee concerns, and drive engagement initiatives, alongside proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics. This is an in-office, full-time position suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with the ability to execute detailed compliance and administrative work.
