Part-Time Endodontist – Detroit, Michigan
Location: Detroit, Michigan (metro area)
Schedule: Part-time — 1–2 days per month to start, with room to grow as case volume builds

About The Opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is looking to partner with an Endodontist — or a General Dentist with strong endodontic experience — to treat senior patients referred from our Detroit-area clinic partnerships.
Our dentists provide care on-site in senior care settings, but endodontic cases are outside what we can deliver there. We're looking for a specialist to take those referrals so our patients get treated instead of falling through the cracks.

What You'll Do
- Perform endodontic treatment, including root canal therapy
- Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic cases, including medically complex presentations
- Evaluate and manage dental pain and urgent treatment needs
- Coordinate with our clinical team on referred patients
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Endodontic residency, or a General Dentist with significant endodontic experience
- Active Michigan dental license and DEA
- Experience treating geriatric or medically complex patients preferred

Comprehensive Mobile Care is building a referral partnership with an endodontist or experienced general dentist to handle cases that arise from their senior care clinics across the Detroit area. Rather than asking patients to navigate the healthcare system on their own, CMC wants to route endodontic referrals to a specialist who can treat them—keeping care coordinated and preventing patients from falling through the cracks.
The role starts minimal (1–2 days per month) and scales with case volume. You'd work from your own practice, receiving pre-screened, scheduled patients through CMC's referral pipeline. The arrangement eliminates the typical friction of building a patient base: no marketing, billing, or admin work on your end, and CMC can provide chair-side support. You'd handle root canal therapy, treatment planning for complex presentations, and pain management, with coordination through their clinical team.
This suits an endodontist or general dentist with substantial endo experience who holds an active Michigan license and DEA registration. Experience with geriatric or medically complex patients is valued. You'd be a 1099 independent contractor, so this works well as a supplemental income stream or a way to test a part-time arrangement before committing to more hours.
