About this role

FOLX Health is seeking a Missouri-licensed MD/DO to join its clinical team on a part-time, per diem basis, delivering telehealth care to LGBTQIA+ patients. You would provide evidence-based clinical services across gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health—working synchronously through audio/visual visits and asynchronously by reviewing labs and responding to patient questions. All clinical work happens remotely through FOLX's telehealth platform.

The ideal candidate has completed an ACGME-accredited residency, holds an active Missouri DEA license and Controlled Substance Registration, and brings prior clinical experience serving LGBTQIA+ communities. Beyond direct patient care, you'll participate in case discussions and clinical training with the team.

As a part-time W-2 employee, you'll receive biweekly pay at $110 per 30-minute appointment and $55 per 15-minute appointment (both inclusive of administrative time), plus malpractice insurance, access to a 401(k), a learning budget, and wellness reimbursement.
