About this role

WPP Media's Account Manager role centers on owning the full lifecycle of out-of-home advertising campaigns—from strategy development and media buying through execution, measurement, and reconciliation. You'll work across traditional billboards and digital formats, managing everything from RFPs and vendor negotiations to production oversight, creative review, and billing. The position demands strong partnership skills, as you'll coordinate regularly with clients, media owners, internal planning and analytics teams, and creative agencies to keep campaigns on strategy, budget, and schedule.

This role suits someone with at least three years of OOH experience who combines analytical rigor with negotiation savvy. You'll need solid grounding in market research, location strategy, production workflows, and measurement—plus comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally OOH-specific planning tools. Beyond technical competency, the job requires organizational discipline to juggle multiple markets and priorities, problem-solving instincts to handle posting or billing issues, and the communication skills to present recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

The position is based in Los Angeles and requires in-office presence around four days weekly. WPP Media emphasizes professional development, access to its global network, and an inclusive workplace culture, with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and meaningful paid time off.
