Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- 1 year of verifiable hands-on nursing experience
- 1 year of pediatric experience within the last 3 years
Compensation:
- Pay starting at $35/hr based on qualifications
- Flexible scheduling with no minimums

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is building out a pediatric private duty nursing team in Baltimore and seeking an LPN to deliver skilled nursing care to children ranging from infants to young adults in home settings. Cases span low-acuity to complex needs including tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent clients. You'd work flexible shifts—mornings, overnights, or weekends in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks—with no minimum hour requirements, allowing you to shape your schedule around your preferences.
The role emphasizes preparation and support. You'll receive paid training from day one across office, home, and online settings, including access to simulation labs, and have around-the-clock clinical support by phone. BAYADA handles case matching to minimize your commute and provides electronic charting through Statewise. The position pays $35 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, an EAP, and a 401k option for all employees, including PRN staff.
To qualify, you'll need a current U.S. nursing license, completion of an accredited nursing program, one year of verifiable hands-on nursing experience, and one year of pediatric experience within the last three years.
