What should I know about Roku's culture?
Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.

About this role
At Roku, this Senior Systems Engineer role centers on NetSuite ERP implementation and customization—designing solutions across core modules like General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing while building workflows, custom records, and advanced reporting dashboards to meet business requirements. You'll work across the full lifecycle of ERP deployments, troubleshooting performance and data integrity issues, integrating NetSuite with enterprise platforms like Concur and Tungsten, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
The position demands deep hands-on expertise in NetSuite administration and development, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, plus proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and integration tools. You'll need either a master's degree in a related field plus two years as a Senior Systems Engineer or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree with five years of progressive experience—and critically, at least two years of direct NetSuite ERP work across the specific modules and customization areas listed.
Based in Austin with a hybrid schedule (mostly in-office Monday through Thursday), this role suits someone who thrives solving complex ERP problems in a fast-moving environment and wants to contribute directly to systems that scale across Roku's streaming platform.
