About this role

Rewards Network is seeking a full-cycle recruiting leader to build talent across its corporate organization, from finance and product to data science and technical roles. You'd own the end-to-end hiring process—sourcing diverse candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, managing interviews, and ensuring strong candidate experiences. The role demands both breadth (recruiting across multiple departments) and depth (proven technical recruiting credibility), along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires at least five years of in-house corporate recruiting experience and a demonstrated ability to build proactive talent pipelines in competitive markets. You'll need strong sourcing skills, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Experience with visa and immigration matters, plus familiarity with candidate onboarding processes, would strengthen your candidacy.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule (three days in-office Tuesday through Thursday), this full-time role offers a salary range of $91,375 to $107,500 including an annual bonus target of 7.5%, plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, multiple health plan options, and dining reimbursement when visiting restaurant clients.
