About this role
Upstream Rehabilitation is building a remote pelvic health telehealth team and looking for a Physical Therapist who wants genuine flexibility alongside steady income. You'd work 30–40 hours weekly with required evening availability (8pm EST at least two days per week) and the option to shift a weekday to Saturday. The role centers on one-on-one virtual care for an established orthopedic and pelvic health caseload serving a diverse patient population—women, men, and individuals across the gender spectrum. You'll earn $40 per completed visit under a pay-per-visit model, with all sessions structured as individual patient interactions rather than group or administrative work.
This position suits a licensed PT with hands-on pelvic health experience who values control over their schedule and caseload. You need an active license in both Oregon and Washington (full or compact status accepted). Upstream handles scheduling and documentation systems designed to reduce administrative burden, and they emphasize evidence-based outcomes to guide treatment. The company offers employee discounts and benefits (eligibility depends on your employment classification), structured onboarding, and a stated commitment to a collaborative, supportive work environment.
