About this role
Inspire Medical Systems is seeking someone to bridge patient needs with internal operations for its FDA-approved sleep apnea device. In this Patient Programs Associate role, you'd manage the day-to-day execution of the Advisor Care Program—coordinating with physicians, vendors, and internal teams to streamline how prospective patients move toward Inspire therapy consultations. The work spans scheduling optimization, physician directory maintenance, escalation management, and vendor partnerships, all aimed at removing friction from the patient experience.
You'd need strong communication and customer service instincts, solid project management skills, and comfort navigating cross-functional collaboration. The role calls for someone analytical enough to spot trends in clinic and territory data, organized enough to handle multiple moving pieces, and adaptable when priorities shift. Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with healthcare or call center operations would strengthen your candidacy, though the core requirement is a bachelor's degree and one to three years in business, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
Beyond day-to-day program management, you'd also own training development for the Inspire Field Team, serve as the internal expert on call center platform strategy, and provide feedback to leadership on program performance and process improvements. This is an in-office role in Minneapolis with a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, plus benefits including 401k matching, flexible time off, tuition reimbursement, and equity participation opportunities.
