About this role
Da Vinci Derivatives is hiring graduate quants to join their Miami office as part of a collaborative team building proprietary trading strategies. Depending on your background, you'll work as a Quant Trader analyzing markets and refining strategies, a Quant Researcher developing analytical tools and improving infrastructure, or a Quant Developer building high-performance trading systems. The role demands a strong quantitative foundation—a degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, econometrics, or similar—plus solid programming skills in Python, MATLAB, R, or C++. You'll need to translate mathematical theory into practical applications, understand financial risk and reward dynamics, and bring both analytical rigor and communication clarity to complex problem-solving.

Beyond base salary, compensation includes performance-based variable pay, profit-sharing bonuses, and the possibility of equity stakes for strong performers. You'll also receive a training period in Amsterdam, comprehensive health coverage, 25 vacation days annually, and workplace meals. This is an in-office role in Miami with a relocation package available for those moving across state lines.
