The role involves traveling to job sites in a company vehicle, removing existing surfaces, and coordinating installations of countertops, sinks, and faucets while maintaining direct communication with customers and resolving any issues that arise. You'll work hands-on in both the fabricating shop and on installation trucks, handling materials that weigh up to 75 pounds and operating various tools and equipment safely.

Lumbermen's is looking for someone dependable and safety-focused who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in precision work. While construction experience (as a tile setter, fabricator, or similar) is helpful, it's not required—the company will train you. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, a chauffeur's license with a clean driving record (they can help you obtain one), and a Hilo operator's license (trainable). Above all, they want someone with a continuous improvement mindset and genuine desire to learn.

As an employee-owned company founded in 1955, Lumbermen's offers genuine benefits: an ESOP retirement plan, medical and dental coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, a $400 annual clothing allowance, and access to professional development and advancement opportunities. The environment emphasizes relationship-building and doing things right the first time.
