About this role
HealthVerity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data product strategy in the healthcare space, working from their Philadelphia office on a hybrid schedule (three days in-office weekly). This role demands deep expertise in healthcare data ecosystems—you'll need at least three years of product management experience specifically with data-centric healthcare offerings, plus solid knowledge of healthcare data types (claims, EMR, labs, patient-reported outcomes) and coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, LOINC). Technical fluency matters here: you should be comfortable with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, and able to translate complex healthcare data concepts for non-technical audiences.
Your day-to-day will involve developing product roadmaps, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Data Partnerships, and Commercial Operations to move products from concept through launch. You'll spend significant time with enterprise customers in pharma, government, and data partnership sectors, understanding their pain points and feeding that feedback into the product lifecycle. You'll manage backlogs using Agile methodologies, track KPIs, conduct market research, and ultimately drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through thoughtful product decisions.
This is a full-time role with a base salary of $150,000–$185,000 plus annual bonus, suited for someone who combines product management rigor with healthcare domain knowledge and enjoys working across complex, cross-functional teams to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
