About this role
Memac Ogilvy's Berlin office is seeking a Senior Influence Manager to lead influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis. You'll own the full lifecycle of these initiatives—researching and vetting creators, building campaign strategies with clear objectives and budgets, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and measuring results. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on operational management, with particular responsibility for maintaining the agency's influencer database and ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings either 3–5 years of direct influencer marketing experience with deep knowledge of the German creator landscape, or demonstrates strong portfolio examples of campaign work as a career-changer. You'll need proven skills in campaign planning, influencer relations, social media, and project management, plus the ability to spot cultural and social trends. Strong presentation skills matter—you'll be pitching ideas to both internal teams and clients. Proficiency with MS Office, good English, and familiarity with influencer research tools round out the requirements.
This is an in-office position based in Berlin with three required days on-site per week. Ogilvy offers professional development through WPP's learning network, flexible benefits including gym subsidies and mental health support, and a collaborative environment built on what the agency calls "We, not me" principles.
