About this role
Stripe is building out its Fraud & Risk product sales organization across the Americas, and this manager role offers direct ownership of that growth. You'd lead a team of product sales account executives focused on expanding adoption of Radar, Identity, Managed Risk, Dispute Prevention, and related solutions. The position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—you'll set the team's operating plan and sales motions while staying hands-on with the largest deals, working closely with Core Sales, Product, Solutions Architecture, and other functions to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
This role demands someone with deep enterprise sales leadership experience—at least 10 years in technology sales, 5+ years managing teams, and 3+ years in payments or financial services. You'll need a track record bringing complex or regulated products to market and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams in a matrixed environment. Experience selling fraud solutions specifically to enterprise customers is a strong advantage. The work involves pipeline management, forecasting, deal progression, and continuous refinement of sales processes, alongside the people leadership that comes with hiring, coaching, and creating career growth for your direct reports.
The role is fully remote and based in West Virginia. It's suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds durable cross-functional relationships, and combines strategic thinking with the discipline to execute against concrete bookings and revenue targets.
