Fund Accounting Internship

Standish Management administers funds across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund-of-funds strategies, supporting both emerging and established fund managers. This internship offers direct exposure to how fund administration and partnership accounting actually work in those industries, with hands-on involvement in the financial and operational infrastructure that keeps these operations running.

You'd spend your summer supporting Associates and Fund Controllers through data entry, filing, financial statement preparation, and systems work. The role includes exposure to the technology platforms clients use for reporting, particularly during data migrations and conversions. You'll also help audit and tax teams and handle special projects as they arise. Success here depends on strong attention to detail, solid Excel and Office skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
