About this role

GeoStabilization International is looking for a Warehouse/Yard Laborer to support its Boise operations as part of a platform that handles geohazard mitigation, slope stabilization, and roadway safety solutions across North America and New Zealand. The role centers on the fundamentals of warehouse management: receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory records, loading and unloading trucks, and operating forklifts to move and store supplies. You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse and yard areas clean and organized while adhering to safety procedures throughout your day.

The position suits someone with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the physical capacity to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Forklift certification is preferred but not required—the company will support you in obtaining it if needed. Prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, as is familiarity with guardrail equipment and materials, though neither is mandatory. What matters most is attention to detail, a genuine commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team. This is a full-time, in-office role in Boise paying between $18.27 and $24.52 per hour.
