About this role

At Judi Health, this role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and program management within a health technology company modernizing benefits administration. You'd own the full lifecycle of clinical programs—from drug utilization review and opioid management to disease management and pharmacogenomics—working across pharmacy and medical benefits. The position requires you to translate clinical knowledge into operational reality, collaborating with product, analytics, finance, and client services teams to ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day, you'll develop and maintain clinical program resources, oversee third-party vendors, support go-to-market initiatives, and monitor performance against client needs. You'll also identify operational improvements, contribute to RFP responses, and mentor pharmacy students or residents. The role demands someone comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment while juggling competing priorities and stakeholder demands across a fast-paced organization.

This position requires an active pharmacist license and at least two years in managed care, PBM, or clinical program management—or completion of a PGY1 residency. You should be skilled at handling data and analytics, strong in written and oral communication, and able to manage complex workflows. Experience with medication list management, quality improvement initiatives, or familiarity with tools like Tableau or Jira is valued. The salary range is $135,000–$145,000.
