About this role
Carr Allison, a 150-attorney civil litigation firm across the Southeast, is seeking a Paralegal for its Jacksonville office to support attorneys handling insurance defense cases. You'll manage the full lifecycle of litigation matters—from initial case analysis through trial—handling document drafting, court filings in state and federal systems, deposition summaries, and medical record review. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of insurance defense litigation experience, though the firm emphasizes strong communication and the ability to function as part of a cohesive team over solo performance. Carr Allison's culture prioritizes collaboration and an open-door approach, and the firm explicitly states that your growth is a priority.
