About this role
Judi Health's Platform team is looking for an SRE-focused developer to help standardize reliability practices across the organization. You'd work directly with internal development teams to translate customer needs into monitoring and alerting strategies, write infrastructure-as-code in Terraform to onboard teams onto observability platforms, and help establish site reliability principles company-wide. This role requires hands-on experience running production systems—you'll be part of on-call rotations responding to incidents and working with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and cloud provider services to maintain SLAs and SLOs.
The position demands a solid foundation in infrastructure automation and scripting (Python or bash), practical cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and the ability to communicate technical guidance clearly to cross-functional teams. Experience supporting 24/7 production environments is essential. Background in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with Docker and container platforms.
Based in Charlotte, this is a hybrid role (three days in office) with a salary range of $92,000–$113,500. The Platform team emphasizes ownership and urgency, so you'd be joining a group that sets standards and infrastructure that other engineering teams depend on.
