About this role

Supporting the Chief Legal Officer and other senior executives at Future Standard means managing the operational backbone of the legal and compliance function—from orchestrating complex multi-executive calendars and coordinating high-stakes Board meetings to handling confidential governance materials and regulatory deadlines. You'd serve as a trusted liaison between the Legal Department, internal business partners, outside counsel, and regulators, requiring both the organizational precision to juggle competing priorities and the judgment to operate independently in a heavily regulated environment.

This role demands 5–7 years of executive assistant experience, ideally with exposure to legal, financial services, or similarly regulated industries. You'll need expert-level calendar and travel management skills, fluency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels—from Board members to external regulators. Equally important are discretion, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset that thrives in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

If you're detail-oriented, self-confident, and energized by supporting senior leadership in a complex, high-stakes environment, this full-time, in-office position in Philadelphia offers meaningful work at a substantial global asset manager with $94 billion under management.
