About this role

Supporting the Philadelphia office of a national home care provider, this Level 1 Service Desk role puts you at the front line of IT operations. You'll handle the full spectrum of user-facing technical support—from password resets and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to workstation setup, printer issues, and basic network connectivity problems. The work involves ticket management in Jira, documentation, and escalation of complex issues to higher-level teams. You'll also play a key part in employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new hires have functioning equipment and departing staff are properly offboarded.

The position suits someone with one to three years of help desk or desktop support experience and a foundation in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. A relevant technical certification or associate degree is expected, though hands-on experience can substitute. Familiarity with ticketing platforms and basic networking concepts rounds out the profile; experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or NinjaOne is a plus but not required.

TEAM Services Group offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) participation after three months, life and disability insurance, and 12 paid federal holidays plus accrued vacation and sick time. The role is based in-office in Philadelphia and is listed as volunteer, with a salary range of $23–26 per hour.
