About this role

Motional is building the commercial strategy behind its robotaxi launch in Las Vegas and expansion into new markets, and this role sits at the center of that effort. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and brings one to three years of corporate or product strategy experience, ideally in automotive, mobility, or industrial sectors. You'll need strong presentation skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work through ambiguity and complexity—this is an execution-focused role where you'll be expected to move quickly, document clearly, and handle cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience in autonomous vehicles or mobility is a bonus but not required.
