About this role
BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work as a floater across multiple outpatient clinics in the Eastern Louisville area. In this role, you'll rotate between facilities to provide coverage during vacations, leaves, and periods of high patient volume, treating a broad range of orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, and chronic pain cases. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients on home exercise programs, maintain EMR documentation, and collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care—all while adapting to different clinic environments and patient populations.
This position suits a PT who values variety and thrives working across different settings rather than in a single location. You'll have the opportunity to work with experienced clinicians, contribute to a patient-centered model focused on functional outcomes, and build relationships across the network. The role comes with a salary range of $78,000 to $95,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, mileage reimbursement, and a floater bonus structure.
Upstream Rehabilitation backs this role with genuine professional development support: $1,500 in annual continuing education credits, partnerships with the Institute of Advanced Manual Therapy, a pelvic health development program, and mentorship opportunities. You'll also receive standard benefits including flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k matching, paid time off, and life insurance. As part of a network of over 1,200 clinics, you'll have pathways to leadership, ownership, or clinical instruction if you choose to grow within the organization.
