About this role

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior CRM Business Analyst to lead the optimization of its CRM ecosystem across commercial, sales, marketing, and medical affairs functions. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and Salesforce technology, translating requirements from cross-functional teams—sales, compliance, medical affairs, and commercial operations—into scalable CRM solutions that support the company's specialty pharmaceutical operations. This role demands both hands-on Salesforce expertise and the ability to navigate complex, regulated healthcare environments where HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA compliance are non-negotiable.

The position centers on Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, data integrity, and process automation, with particular focus on HCP/HCO engagement, territory planning, and sales rep enablement. You'll conduct gap analyses, design functional requirements, lead user acceptance testing, and coordinate implementations across multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors like IQVIA and Snowflake. Success requires 8+ years of CRM or business analysis experience in life sciences or healthcare, a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification, and demonstrated ability to manage agile delivery cycles while maintaining audit readiness and compliance standards.

This is an in-office role based in Raleigh, North Carolina (with flexibility for candidates in Atlanta or Boston), requiring presence Tuesday through Thursday. It suits someone who thrives in highly regulated environments, enjoys bridging business and technical teams, and wants hands-on involvement in both strategic CRM initiatives and day-to-day platform optimization.
