Our Physicians treat common ailments like colds and the flu and help manage chronic conditions like diabetes or asthma. Responsible for coordinating a patient’s overall health care by communicating with specialists who provide more advanced treatments.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality healthcare to patients, including listening to and properly diagnosing patients’ medical concerns and ailments
- Conducting initial assessments of patients to learn about their medical history, their health goals, and any potential health risks
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for acute and chronic conditions
- Ordering lab tests and imaging studies, prescribing medications, and providing other treatment modalities such as physical therapy or massage therapy
- Diagnosing illnesses through physical examinations, medical tests, and analysis of patient histories
- Prescribe medications, treatments, diets, or other care plans to maintain health or alleviate symptoms of disease or injury
- May supervise nurse practitioner(s) - additional monthly pay per direct report
- Refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment
- Punctually arrives to the clinic to ensure that patients are seen at scheduled appointment times.
Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school is required.
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Practicing physician in a clinic or urgent care setting, with supervision experience.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred.
Certifications & Licenses:
- A state license to practice medicine in Texas.

This is a full-time, in-office role focused on outpatient primary care for adult patients, where you'll manage both acute conditions like colds and flu as well as chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and asthma. You'll coordinate comprehensive care by conducting patient assessments, ordering diagnostics, prescribing treatments, and referring to specialists when appropriate, while working within a structured Monday–Friday schedule with limited compensated call duties and telehealth options available.
The position offers clinical autonomy within an organized system: you'll report to clinical leadership, have a dedicated medical assistant and support team, and the opportunity to supervise nurse practitioners for additional monthly compensation. The role comes with a guaranteed base salary, annual bonus potential, CME hours, 401K matching, paid time off, and sign-on bonus eligibility. Spanish bilingual capability is preferred but not required.
