About this role

At Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions, this Clinical Supervisor role involves leading and developing a clinical team across one of their treatment programs in Columbus. You'll oversee licensed therapists, social workers, and support staff; conduct chart reviews and case consultations; ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations; and mentor clinicians to strengthen both their practice and client outcomes. The position requires balancing day-to-day supervision with strategic quality improvement work alongside program leadership.

This role suits someone with a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field and at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience. An active Ohio independent clinical license is required. While supervisory experience in behavioral health is desired, the core expectation is clinical expertise—ideally in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring disorders—combined with the ability to coach others and navigate complex cases. You'll need proficiency with EHR systems and a valid Ohio driver's license, as the position involves up to 50% travel depending on location.

The salary is $80,000 annually with a standard benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, paid continuing education with supervision, parental leave, and loan forgiveness program eligibility. The work is primarily on-site with occasional evening or weekend hours based on program needs.
